Four gestures, the whole site
01 · Start from the air
The tour opens on a 360° drone panorama over the whole site. Drag to look around, scroll or pinch to zoom, and tap the arrows to fly to the next of sixteen viewpoints.
02 · Switch on a layer
Hotels, Residential, Community and Green Spine are separate layers. Turn one on and every parcel of that kind lights up on the land beneath you, with its plot code.
03 · Open a parcel
Tap a flag to read the brief for that parcel: size in square metres and rai, its phase, what surrounds it and what it is intended for. The same brief the sales team uses.
04 · Enquire from where you stand
Every parcel brief ends with a button. Send an enquiry without leaving the tour and it arrives with the parcel code already attached, so the reply can be specific.

The overview
Five hundred metres up. The whole 1,059 rai, the beach, the lakes and the hills behind.
Memories Beach
Low over the surf village and the break. Hotel parcels H1 and H2 sit directly behind the sand.
The elephant home
The northern forest and wetland where the herd lives, with the river mouth beyond.
Lake and town centre
The central lake, the future Town Centre, glamping and the organic farm.
The Green Corridor
The park that runs the length of the site: trails, the community zone and the school.
The arrival
The entrance road, Goya Tower and the Archaeology Park. Where every visit begins.
Layers
Four layers, one masterplan
Switch a layer on and its parcels appear on the land under the camera. Each carries its plot code and opens a brief.
Hotels
Six beachfront and lakeside hotel parcels plus glamping, 17.7 to 91.2 rai, phases 01 and 02.
Residential
Five residential parcels and one private estate, 13.5 to 63.5 rai, phases 03 and 04.
Community
Town Centre, promenade, conference centre, wellness, school, farm, medical centre, beach club.
Green Spine
The six sections of the Green Corridor, from the beach zone to the arrival zone.
